Outer Frame Section
  • This is a three chambered section with a slope for the outer frame of the window

  • Large reinforcement of chamber accommodates steel reinforcements for structural   strength
Sash Frame Section
  • Single chamber section that forms the movable or fixed sash of the window
Reinforcements Top
  • Steel sections designed to give optimum strength to the window
  • The premium range can accommodated different thickness of steel for different strength   requirement
Glass beads
  • Help to hold the glass to the frame / sash
  • Different bead sizes are available for single and double glass
Glazing gasket
  • Help to hold the glass securely to the frame

  • Different sizes are available for different glass thickness
Hurricane bar Top
  • It is an additional steel member to give extra strength to the window to resist high wind   and storm
Fusion welded corners
  • Ensures give leak proof joint to give maximum insulation

  • To give higher strength at the corners than the other parts of the window to increase   structural strength
Drainage mechanism
  • Rain track works like a dam that collects rainwater and directs it outside

  • Bottom sill prevents water from entering indoors

  • Slope gradient helps water to flow out than come indoors
Interlock and seal Top
  • Aluminum interlock to join the sashes securely when closed

  • Double fin seal for better sealing against rain and wind
Multi-point locking mechanism
  • To lock the sash at 2 or more different points to give higher security and sealing.

  • Comes with all Series 3000 windows and doors and with all Series 1500 range doors

Rollers
