Fabrication Capabilities

Fenesta’s fabrication facilities are located across the country close to all major markets in Bhiwadi (for NCR and north India), Mumbai (for Western India), Chennai (for Tamil Nadu and Cochin), Hyderabad (for Andhra) and Bangalore (for Karnataka). For Kolkata, a fabrication shop will soon come up.

Fabrication Process

Fabrication is a 10 step process of precision engineering. These steps include

• Cutting into precise lengths as measured from site
• Routing to provide for hardware and locks
• Fusion welding to seal all corners and provide additional strength
• Corner Cleaning to smooth out the edges
• Reinforcement cutting to match the reinforcement to the size of the profiles
• Reinforcement fixing to provide additional strength
• Assembly of beads and gaskets for proper sealing and holding glass
• Glazing to install glass in the window
• Final Assmebly to install locks and fix sashes
• Packaging to ensure safe transportation
